This was a pretty quick and dirty work with blender, just added some bones to the model, which will allow everyone to make most poses they'd like with it.
To pose, you'll need Blender, which is FOSS (free and open source) to open the .blend file. Save for the first wing and leg bones, there shouldn't be a problem moving them around.
Also, you'll notice that the head on this one is already somewhat bigger than the source, done with bone scaling, I think it just makes this fella more intimidating. Enjoy!!
PS: It's not actually Alduin, despite the source name. Not enough spikes, y'see.
