My dog tends to entangle himself in our segmented curtain so sometimes the cips fall off and are nowhere to be found. I designed replacement parts because the company who built the system told me they were unable to provide replacement parts.
This is an easy print if you have a nozzle <=.3mm - I guess it won't print properly with a larger nozzle because of the support built into the design. I did that because Cura seemed unwilling to create a support structure small enough to hold the nose that clips into the sled in the rail.
It should be printed in the orientation it is pictured in so the lines provide strength to hold the curtain and not the bond between the layers. This works quite well for me.
Print the outer walls slowly, if your printer tends to produce bulging corners. That might help to get the measurements in check.
After printing just snap off the built in support rods and clean up the clip a little bit. Should work fine then.
