This is a powered turntable that can be used to display a small object/model or to take video footage, resulting in a 360° view of the object. In addition to the printed parts, I used the following equipment:-
Stepper motor and drive board
Arduino pro mini
Mini toggle switches
10KΩ linear potentiometer
Panel mount DC jack
AC to DC power supply
Small self tapping screws
I also used a small section of prototyping stripboard to make all the connections for the components.
This webpage provided the information about how to create the code to control the stepper motor speed. With a bit of tweaking, I added the code for the direction change switch to reverse the motor.
Items need to be placed in the centre of the turntable otherwise there may be some wobble on the top section.

All parts were print in PLA and are straight forward prints with no supports. However, for the top sheet, in order to obtain a smooth polished finish, you will need to print onto a glass bed. I used supports on this part to bridge the gaps between the hexagons but this may not be necessary.
Make sure seam position is set to "aligned" or "rear" [Prusaslicer] when printing the base. Do not use the "nearest" option (as I did), ugly lines will appear around the base.
