I printed the thinner ring a 104% and the thicker outer ring at 102%. This was a perfect friction fit for my printer. I also had to adjust the inner and outer walls to .4 to avoid a gap in the walls.

Printing the final 2 colors now and cannot wait to play with these.

Thanks for the design. This is a solution to a problem I didn't even know I had.

105% works fine on my Prusa i3 MK3 with 0,15mm layer height.

I printed only 18 of 21 layers of the front part, so the edge fits perfectly when clipped together.

Too small @ 100%...
