This is the updated version of the original Endobronchial Trainer that is also available on this account, which was built as a bronchoscopic intervention task trainer. The updated version is a true 3D build with elements extending anterior and posterior as well as left and right. So there should be better bronchoscopic fidelity.
The model is slightly larger than the original so there should be less need to scale it up when printing. It will take a 6.2mm diameter A-scope, as shown in the images.
There may be further tweaks to branch positions and angles and to facilitate connections to create a pulmonary oedema and haemoptysis task trainer.

Generally 25% Grid pattern but the walls are only 3mm at 100% scale so this probably doesn't matter much
Supports touching the build plate are helpful but internal supports are not necessary. Support material will work better if it can easily be removed, eg water soluble, as the internal geometry is relatively complex.
I printed the model in the images (2.85mm ABS on a Taz 6) by standing it upright and tilting it forward 30 degrees. I've found that building it on a 25mm raft give good plate adhesion. Tilting it back 30 degrees should also work and then you could leave the external supports attached as a model stand.
