Hi, wengeol2,

Can you upload different .stl files for each part. It would be much easier to print only two parts and check is it fit or no. Then is possibility to adjust outer wall offset and make perfect fitting.

A nice model an the parts fit quite accurately but tight at the end. I'd appreciate the parts being chamfered or rounded. That way it would be nicer to handle and could fit better since the sharp corners are a problem when putting the parts together.

How fun, I was looking for this Puzzle on thingiverse a week ago and didn't find it. I started to design and test print it, but now I see that you uploaded it. Cool. I will download and print right away.

After sanding for 45 mins and very little improvement I think it's time to throw in the towel and admit that the parts don't fit. Printed on my Ender 3 Pro, 0.12mm layer height and the parts don't fit, way too tight.

I'm sorry the object isn't working for you. Sanding should not be necessary (maybe a bit on the corners of the first layer but not more) . I'll finish a version which has a larger gap between the pieces. And add it shortly.

I printed it, but it did not fit together. The tolerance between pieces seem to be off (the inside and outside widths seem to be the same of the pieces fitting together). I really like the project and wish that it would have fit together.

The pieces should fit. I added a 0.3 to 0.5mm gap so that the pieces will snugly fit together. I had a version with a bigger gap, but the puzzle fell apart as the pieces kept sliding out.
Which pieces should have a bit of extra spacing?
Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I printed this now. My first layer was a bit too close to the bed, so I had a little groove or edge I had to sand off. It is a tight fit, so if your printer is not dialed in, you could get problems assembling in. But nothing wrong with the model.
