This is a two-parts print. One part is the Dyson-connector, that connects to a standard Dyson hose or tube, the other part replaces the original vacuum cleaner connector in the Bosch PTS 10. After printing, the Dyson connector is screwed into the hole on the outside of the new PTS 10 part. Then disconnect the hose inside the PTS 10, loosen the 3 screws, replace the black plastic part with the new one, tighten the screws, and use some decent force to reconnect the hose inside the PTS 10.
5 perimeters, 10 solid top layers, 10 solid bottom layers.
I designed this using OpenSCAD.
This is a quick work using my pointsandfaces-lib, described in http://en.openscad.philipp-klostermann.de.
The Dyson connector is an early work that I slightly modified and used here.
It can be found in my other Dyson-related things.
