any chance you could post step files ?

Any chance you could share your settings? Are you slicing through Cura? Temps? I am still struggling to get a print as good as you are getting and I'm curious what settings you are using.

My cura setting is .20mm, 235C 90 first layer, 80the rest- clear PETG

You stated that all models do not need to rotate, but two of them are obviously wrong and will use plenty of unnecessary support: 40mm housing and 50mm support. They will need to be rotated to lay flat to print much easier and less waste.
Otherwise, good design. I’ve printed them and waiting for the $w fan from china.

What do you mean by "do not forget to put a cable-lock, as in the photo surrounded by red"? I do not see what photo you are talking about

Can you make this sit up higher as I purchased a new nozzle and it is shorter, the length is 72.62 mm compared to stock 82.49 mm?

hi, just higher all will be challenging sorry, because all was already compact

Can you possible make a mod to house a secondary fan on the other side ? even if it is rotated 90 degrees to the 1st to make it fit

I have printed your awesome design but I don't have a 24v fan at the moment. I have a couple 12v laying around. Where in the firmware can I limit the fan voltage to 12 V till my new set of fan arrives. Many Thanks

You can not limit the voltage to the fan in firmware. Limiting the voltage would require a voltage divider, voltage regulator, or some other type solution. Which can be created with two resistors of the appropriate voltage rating.

Far easier to purchase the appropriate 24V fan.

Umm.... You cant .. it is 24V only. either get a 24v Fan, or use something else that requires 12v like a led Lite and wire it up in series or use a voltage step down to 12 v

This is a beautiful design! By far the best looking I've seen for the Chiron!

DESIGN LIKES

  1. Nesting mounting posts between printed parts
  2. Use of the radial fan
  3. Consideration made to the existing bed level sensor.
  4. Fluted reinforcements on the 50mm fan shroud

DESIGN REQUESTS

  1. Rather than relying on the screw to plastic for mounting, add cutouts to drop-in or press-in nuts.
  2. Wiring conduits, pockets and/or covers for improved cosmetics.
  3. Add a basket to store the factory bed level sensor.

I'm about to replace my nozzle, I know its very worn.
The 50mm radial fan wire isn't properly routed and connected in these pictures, thats still on the 'to-do' list.
