Hi

Is it possible that the files are scaled? if i check the holes in the bottom plate they are 2.25mm instead of 3.0mm which is the material thickness.

Thanks ,
Tom

Hello, they are supposed to be scaled. I think your software resized the plans. I'll add a 5cm square in the plans for standard

thanks,

I imported the svg file in coreldraw, so maybe the latest update of inkscape could be the problem.
I now downloaded the file with the reference square and indeed i had to scale it 133.33 % to get a 5*5 square.

I'm now altering the layout of the pieces to max the plate usage, if you would like the file let me know.

thanks,
Tom

I hope it will cut well.

Jack

It has been cut :-). But I think there needs to be more track and there are 2 rings missing for the wheels.
And the base to attach the wheels to has a small error. As Seen in the picture.

Greetings,
Tom

I'm really sorry for the missing 3mm in the notches...i corrected it and uploaded a corrected version. Which wheel has a missing ring ?

No problem, its a big project ;-) The missing ring is the front wheel step 8 there are 2 ring per wheel and two wheels.

It has been fixed. Thanks for your sight.

i'm back ;-) finally have some time to do more assembly. I noticed a small problem with the first top wheel on the left side. The opening made in the interior plate is 9mm but the disk with the nut in is 10.3mm
greets,
Tom

Thanks, it has been updated.

Hi
I dont know if its just me but I cannot down load the files, I would really love to do this, is there any other way to get the files
Thanks

Hi,

Planning to build this but just have 1 question. Can you please give me a sample link on where to get those 5mm shafts?

thanks!

Hi, do you talk about the things i use to connect the motors and the wheels ? those are electric dominos : https://s1.lmcdn.fr/multimedia/211500782958/1582258efc11a/produits/barrette-de-12-dominos-electriques-2-5-a-4-mm2-pour-rigide.jpg?$p=hi-w795
i don't really know the english for it, you can find it in hardware stores.

oh thanks! those are terminal blocks! :)
