This tool can be useful in changing springs on Glock guide rods. It may fit other models as well depending on the diameter of the center hole in the model. It should be easily scaled up or down to change the size of the hole to meet your needs.

Chased the center hole with a drill bit to remove loose filament and clean up the orifice of both ends. Don't forget to remove the notched support material on the bottom. This holds the top of the spring location while starting to compressing with the tool. Can be used with captured or non captured springs.
