The link to the leg extensions dosnt work :(

I printed the yaw and roll arms for this and have the three motors attached. Two things I have noticed right off are:

  1. The opening for the 2804 motor is really too small. It took some sanding with a dremel to get the motor to fit in the bore.
  2. The servo wire opening in the roll motor housing on the yaw arm is off by 90º. The hole motor hole pattern should be rotated 90º counter-clockwise when looking into the bore of the motor opening. That will allow the motor wires to utilize the printed hole. As it stands on mine, I dremeled out another opening 90º clockwise from the existing one.

The gimbal is build specifically around the Turnigy AX-2206 brushless motors with a diameter of 27.6mm. The STL files are true to the actual dimensions of the parts, not to how individual printers interpret the STL files. For most precise fit, use 0.1 layer height.

The Turnigy AX-2206 motors have their wires sticking out of the motor at an 90º angle compared to other known brushless motors, including the AX-2804 used for the yaw axis.

The included source files enable you to make adjustments to the design should you need to, to make other brands of motors fit the design.

thank you very mutch , very good djob
