Yet another spool holder, but this one is extendible to fit up to 100mm wide reels. This has been designed to replace the standard Orca 0.4x spool holder, although could be mounted on any pair of 1" pitch M4 fasteners. No support required.

Print the two files and the extension should slot over the mount with some satisfying clicky ratchet sound (hopefully).

Printed one on my Replicator 2, but it didn't really fit together. I'll have to adjust the cad slightly I think.

Hi there, sorry to here that, is it tight or loose? If anything mine is slightly loose on the ratchet click but I think that's probably now due to wear/tear and the extension bedding in over time. I will probably adjust the small key nub a little tighter.
