This mount is made to fit any drill with a 48mm diameter, add springs to make it spring action for smoother drilling, as well as making sure you're always drilling straight holes. I printed them at 40% infill and the parts are really tough. The drill mount is friction fit and slides on the guides pretty easily after you break it in (you could use a round file to sneak up on a better fit if it's a tad too snug, however I didn't find this necessary). The guides are made from 3/8" aluminum round stock I had, and the guides measure in at just about a foot in length (9.50-52 diameter). The guide mounting holes, as well as the end caps size in at 9.5mm diam, so they will be friction fit into place, and they stay really snug (you could use glue/epoxy to make it permanent, but I plan to replace the springs to accommodate for larger bits, so you may not want to do this to the end caps if you want to customize it in the future.) I used a rubber mallet to knock everything into place, and everything is holding up very well.
Printed in 3D Solutech's Real Blue PLA at 210°C for the first layer and 205°C for the rest.
