I like SF and it is my first printable model.
A 2040 flying vehicle with all parts in STL.
I draw it in a paper in 1988, 3Dsurfaces in 2011(solidworks) , 3D printable this month and the real object in (or better: on) my desk in 2013?
-17 pieces
-final dim: 379x188x265mm
-model for grabcad replicator2's challenge.
Have fun to print, paint and make more details if you want.

See PDF for "instructions"and dim.
Thinkness not under 1.5mm
It is possible you have to adjust some pièces...

Gerard, please contact me at (http://toys.googy.nettoys.googy.net). I would like to commercialize your designs.

That is some seriously beautiful work. Just astonishing. Mad props.

Thanks for your comments and be sure there will be more glasses in the 2045's model ,just to avoid to crash in the montain like in the picture... Happy new year

Personally I'd rather have that on my desk than in my desk like you said. Just looks too good to be in a desk.

I think there should be more glass parts to increase visibility, because safety driving/flying is the most important thing :)
