It's a tripod mount that sits on the end of a walking stick for taking self portraits, etc.
Instructions
Print the mount and slide in a 1/4"-20tpi bolt. Optionally, you can also print a thumb nut to make adjusting the orientation of the camera easier: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4012
The design is parametric and should be easy to adjust for a perfect fit.
