A 5015 part cooling solution based on tried and tested CFD analysed and optimised part cooling air flow. It's designed to give a high speed converging flow that doesn't blast the heater block or the print bed, and once past the tip of the nozzle exits cleanly to the rear.
Parts print in the orientation as downloaded. The duct prints with no supports, and the mounting plate with supports from buildplate only for the M4 nut recesses on the back.
When assembled the underside of the duct should be 1.5 - 2mm above the tip of the nozzle. There is +/- 2mm of vertical adjustment.
Hardware required is
1 x 5015 blower.
2x M3x10mm bolts
2 x M3 washers
2 x M4x25mm bolts
2 x M4 washers
2 x M4 nuts

17/1/2020: I've added a revised V2 mount with an extra 3mm of upward adjustment for those users who are having trouble getting the correct clearance between the underside of the duct and the build plate with the original version.
