Looks good I think I will try one

What's the best process for adding a custom logo to the script, i.e., to build the type of polygon that represents the current logo options in the script?

the images above are two-color; but this generates a single STL. Is there any way to make this two separate parts for a dual extruder?

You could use one extruder and switch filament;

RichRap has a good explanation;

scroll down to the middle of the first link for the combining gcode section

i would put about a 30-second to 1 minute pause in there (assuming you can do that, I've never done this before) and switch the filament while it's paused. Then, when it starts printing the raised text, its in the new color.

Does that make sense?

Why make a crap generator?
