Summary
This box is designed to protect the table beneath your PCB from scratches, while giving you full access to the PCB top layer.
Instructions
Measure your own PCB with caliphers. Adjust the model to your needs in OpenSCAD, if you have a heated build platform you may remove the holes. If not you should keep them, it will make your model easy to bend even if you get some curling.
You will have to adjust the PCB size (all numbers are in mm), and remember to add some slack. The model does not add any to your parameters.
The STL file and image shows the model used with a STK500 atmel programmer clone.

Improve the model by making sure all the overhangs in the PCB slot are less than 45 degrees.
