All parts except the tool (PETG) are printed with PLA.
Supports are needed for the loudspeaker cover.
Very easy: Add the M3 and M4 nuts in the holes :)
For the electrical connection i used jumper cable or soldered it directly to the pins. Heatshrink will isolate the pins.
USB-Cable: Can be cutted in the middle. You have only connect the + and - pin. The + line is switched. The two separate cable can be connected with a cable show to the switch:
Cable 1 (from outside connector to switch) - Connect the + pin with a cable show to one of the switched pins
Cable 2 (from switch to powerbank) - Connect the + pin with a cable shoe to one of the switched pins
Cable 1 and 2 GND - Use a cable shoe to connect the GND pins together and connect it to the led pin of the switch. So the led will light up when its switched on.

The tools has to be used in two ways:
- Release the card with the side (where the hole is) - only press down
- Use the long side with the hook to get the card out of the housing
