Rev 3 Ultimaker lasercut drawings converted to Sketchup format. Now with pieces in 3d.

Simply for reference and to help build a complete 3D model of the Ultimaker machine.
Based on the SVG separate drawings.

Latest revision is V3.

I've updated the lasercut Sketchup file to the latest available PDF, but this is still not current with the machine I bought (1.5.7)

I managed to update all the differences between my machine and the V3 revision and create a 3d collection of the lasercut pieces (still missing some of the pieces in the new filament feeder).

Also I'm including the DXF if anyone needs it :-)

And did you make the 3d sketchup version in the mean time...?! [not the 3d flat version...]

hi again,
is there a way to get a skp file just like it is shown in those pictures?

other than the scaling and everything , is there a way to get these drawings as 3D objects? I wanted to make a 3D model of ultimaker, and then make some changes to fit my model, but when I open the file I only get lines and I have to draw over each like to make a face which I can then extrude :s

i have problems with the scale/units in the dxf file. the file seems to be neither in mm nor in inch.

Question I've meassured up the holes and such for reference, but i see a lot of diagonal .1mm off in the drawing, check the print head for example, is this correct?

Hi. What do you mean by "diagonal .1mm off"?

Nevermind, my apologies, i needed to zoom in a tad further.

Someone should print this at 1/4 scale and make a Mini-Maker!

Working on it :-)

Are you still working on it? How did it turn out so far? I own a Ultimaker since last Sunday and I am curious if this would be possible!

Yes I am. I expect to post it soon!

Cool! I am looking forward to this :)
