Having downloaded the files and started looking at the design after having a printed part not work quiet right, I went through and adjusted as needed.
All holes now allow not only for normal tolerance on bolts and nuts but also account for expansion on PETG/PLA type materials when being printed. I also recessed a few section so that shorter bolts could be used and added a groove on the lower arm section so that IF the pin extends a little bit it will not cause and issue with operation.
The helical gears are a second/third revision I have done to increase the engagement of the teeth and allow smoother motion of the arm during use. Please feel free to improve upon it.
Thanks to the original designer for a very nice tool that I am happily using and trying to improve upon in it's use.
I use supports from build plate only and with the lower arm you have a choice of which headache you want. I went with support enforces on the holes as the distance of the groove can be spanned by a Prusa if set up well. You options may vary. I hope this helps. Small Helical gear is printed gear side down.
