I recommend the Version with three round 6x3 mm magnets with Gaffatape because the adhesion is the strongest.
Update 09.02.2020 new Version added with 25° for LED Strip
Now Version 2 ist tested and worked fine.
I added new files as V2.1 for the bracket because it was very tight now I made a test print and now you can move the bracket on the ring. I made theses changes also on V1 bracket and marked them with V1.1. I also changed the V1 bracket to use it with three magnets and now also the the V1.1 bracket is not so tight to the ring and you can move it.
I don't update the brackets/holder with rectangular magnets.
Update 07.02.2020 new Version added with 25° for LED Strip
I added the files as V2.
I changed also the bracket to connect with 3 magents because I think it is necessary because of the bigger dimensions. Use the Cabelcover from v1 also vor v2.
Pay attention that v2 is bigger then v1. The maindimensions are 18x18 instead of 15x15 of v1.
I tested the bracket for inserting one 20x10x2 magnet and the adhesion was not good enough. So i changed the files to but 2 mangets in the bracket. "20x10x4_insert_Holder...". This two holder/brackets are larger because I need the space for the 4mm Magnets. If you want to use this one you have to insert the magnets while you are printing. You have to create a break with M25 ; Pause in your gcode at 15.2 mm high to insert the 2 magnets (or 20x10x4).
Update 28.01.2020: I added 2x holder/bracket for Magnet 20x10x2 (for cable and normal) in one file.
I think you have to glue them because there is a fase on the top to print it without support.
Update 22.11.2020: I reconstruct the Cable Cover to bring the cable to the bottom of the bracket to protect the cable against the darts.
After playing a few days the magnets loose, so I glue them with gaffa tape (holder on Dartboard side) - that works perfekt.
I reconstruct it in fusion 360 because it's easier for me.
I edit the connection between the ring parts to print in two seperate parts so you need no support.
I used 10 mm LED Stripes but it work better with 8 mm.
I edit the bracket and used 3 magnets with diameter 6mm x 3mm height to put it to the Dartboard, and I create a bracket with a caple duct.
I used this
You have to print the "Achtel" (1/8 of the ring) 8 times in any color you like.
You have to print the "Achtel connector 8 times.
At least you need 3 or 4 bracket - one with Cable duct
The outer diameter of the ring is 660 mm and the high is 125 mm.
The space for the LED stripe is 10 mm.
It's very importaned to print the bracket with cable duct in right direction, so you need no support.
Great work by
white / black / red
I print the holder with "das filament" PLA Filament - 1,75 mm - Schwarz matt.
