I admire that quality of that print. Looks like your model is on it's side, but the picture looks like you printed in normal orientation. The upper ledge looks very clean, how did you get that ledge so clean? What machine/settings did you use?

Yeah the part in the pictures are printed in the normal orientation. I originally though I'd print it on it's side since it could be done without support material, and I think it would be stronger that way, but it looks better when printed normally.

I printed it with an Afinia (aka Up! Plus), 0.15mm layer height, Octave filament, approximately 230 degrees. There was support material under the ledges, you can see the squiggle lines where it separated. With the Afinia, the support material is easy to remove when using the OEM filament.
