Small case to hold your Raspberry Pi 3 A+ and HifiBerry Digi+ or Digi+ Pro. Requires 4x M3 x 20mm hex socket screws, a drill, and a 3mm drill bit.
Note that this design does not provide space for anything to be plugged into the USB port. It is intended to be a minimal design for internet radio, streaming services, playing from a NAS, etc.

Print the outer case with the honeycomb facing down, no supports needed (overhangs are <45 degrees).
Print the inner case with the large flat surface facing down, supports aren't absolutely required but will result in cleaner openings.
The Raspberry Pi 3 A+ will need to have its 4 mounting holes enlarged to 3mm to fit the 3mm screws. The HifiBerry Digi+ (Pro) should already have holes large enough to accept the screws.
Loosely fit the HifiBerry board to the Raspberry Pi. Insert the 12mm spacers at the four corners between the boards and lightly tighten the boards together until the spacers are held in place. Place the boards into the inner case part so that the ports are protruding through the holes and the Pi/hat holes line up with the case standoffs. Insert the four M3 x 20mm screws from the top and carefully tighten them to the point that the boards can no longer move. The holes in the plastic case will strip easily if the hardware is overtightened.
Slide the inner case into the outer case, making sure that the edges of the inner case engage the 'groove' at the bottom of the inside of the outer case. There is a small tab inside the top of the outer case that should hold the inner case in place.
