Is Two Color Printing on a Makerbot almost here? Since there are currently no two color print heads available yet... I decided to improvise by designing Mix-n-Match 'Snap To' components. The Makerbot Coin being the perfect demo. Go ahead and apply these design principles to whatever else you can think of...

Print out the various parts in whatever color you want. Coin rims are the same for both models. There are two different faces and letter inserts depending on weather you want double sided 'M' for Makerbot or 'M' on one side and 'I' on the other for Makerbot Industries. They snap together pretty tightly so may require a little force but should stay in place thereafter.
