Summary
I liked the printable filament spindle idea but did not have easy access to a lazy Susan and thought a vertical version would work better anyways. I have been using for a few weeks now. Sorry for the delay in putting up.
Instructions
1) Print the botom half of the printable filament spindle twice(don't print top half), and the locking brackets, and cross bars.
2) Print 4 spinner.stl
3) print 2 stand top.stl
4) print 4 stand bottom.stl
5) Cut 6 small pieces of filament off(10 to 20mm in length)
6) Assemble and glue the first half of the spindle togehter.
7) Assemble and glue the second half of the spindle together.
8) place the pointy end of the cross beams in each of the large pieces(this will take some force)
9) glue the ends of the cross beams that are not presure fitted into the holes on the other half(this is so we can take the filament apart to add plastic but it will want to hold itself together)
10) place each set of the spinners together to make an X and fit a skeatboard bearing into the hole.
11) Place a 5/16th rod(7.9mm) through each of the ball bearings and line the 2 spinners up with each side of the spindle.
12) glue the spindles in place.
13) place the short filament pieces into 1 side of the stand bottom(helps if you sharpen the tips a little and use pliers to push in)
14) place the other side of the short filament pieces into the other stand bottom and glue together
15) glue the stand top on to the 2 stand bottoms
16) place the rod and spindle into the 2 stands
