This 3D printed box, featured on YouTube http://youtu.be/_5lPtL2nEys holds a breadboard for building electronic circuits and also opens up with space under the breadboard for storing electronic components.

Watch the YouTube video at http://youtu.be/_5lPtL2nEys to see how I designed it with TinkerCad and printed it with my Davinci 1.0 3D printer.

Yes, it is an 8 pin integrated circuit. The original design was based on a Microchip PIC micro controller but it could be a 555 Timer or EPROM chip so integrated circuit is more accurate. And adding batteries and other features is a great idea.

Hi, I really like this thing! This is what I understand as I integrated circuit. Integrating some AA batteries beneath the board might give a great self-running device!
