A tight coupler (tight to the axis, and tight in the rotation, but still allows a small angel error)

2xM4 screw
2xM4 hexnut


The design allows shafts with different diameter to be mounted to each other easily.

The attached STL's is for a 10mm lead screw and a ~6mm stepper motor axis.

The force that the screw/nut gives seems to have fixed the axis perfectly. If it isn't enough it's an easy thing to improve the design with a "lockscrew" too.

After using them for a week or so I can tell they are working great and addressed the issue I had with a slight axis alignment error I had before and still beeing tight fit to axis aswell as the parts to each other :-)
