Mounting bracket for RepRap Prusa i3 milled in aluminium.
Using all 4 screws for secure mount and a groove to allow for the belt to move closer to the motor if needed.
Also works as a heat sink for the motor so no additional gaskets or heatsinks are needed.
Can be milled in aluminium from the provided 2D sketch or printed from the provided .STL file.

Print out the 2D drawing in actual dimensions and glue or spraymount to 10mm aluminium stock.
Centerpunch and centerdrill all holes, then drill the respective sizes (drill bits used were 3mm and 8mm).
For the counterbore i used 6mm HSS milling bit. The hole in the middle was bored with a 25mm HSS milling bit, and the groove milled with a 20mm HSS milling bit.
Finally mill the outer edges to the dimensions of the drawing and round the corners on a disc sander.
