Thanks for sharing this design. I printed one of these to get a feeling about size. I'm having issues putting together the big wheel assembly. It seem that there is no room for nut that squeeze everything together. The stepper motor is blocking it. My stack on M5 bolt are plastic wheel - washer - bearing - mk7 gear - bearing - nut. Are you aware of this? Also It seems that you use an 10mm height mk7 gear that is not that common. I have few of them but they are 13mm or 11mm height.
