This is derived from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:43756. I've updated the OpenSCAD file values for Misumi's 2020 Series 5 extrusion and attached appropriate STL files.

There are two STL files, one with a hole and another without one.

You can use the OpenSCAD script to create alterations.

There is a variable called "undersize" that you can use to adjust the fit.

I printed them from TPU to stop some vibrations and also stopping my printer from "walking" around on the table.

Nicely designed but it turns out that the center clearance was too tight for my extrusions, opening up the centers with a dremel fixed that though. Lesson learned, first print one and test fit haha...

Printed like 16 of these for our new FolgerTech FT5. They pop right in and keep the sharp edges of the 2020 and 2040 at bay :) Excellent Thing! Nice work! A+++
