What filament should I use ?

Is it Custamizable>? I'd like one without the tekst on the back...

Fitts perfect and it's very strong made!

Not customizable here, but the blank version is at Youmagine.com. Use the link in the description.

Sorry - I am going to have to second mkelly - perhaps you have an amazingly precise machine, but on a reprap prusa tightly calibrated, and using .3mm layer height this will not fit

Did you have to sand down the case to get it in? Mine won't fit

With our Bukito and Cura slicer, nothing was done to make it fit using pretty tight tolerances. What machine/slicer are you using? It is a little tight to get in, but flex the bottom corners a bit after inserting the top to get it in. It needs to be a little snug to make sure it won't come off : )

Snug is one thing, but if you didn't add any tolerance over the stock size it won't fit properly. You need around .5mm on all ends to actually fit the phone. If you all you did was subtract the shape of the iphone then the case and iphone will try and take up the same space on all the overlaps and won't fit well.

Sometimes the filament's diameter precision can affect your tolerance quite a bit too. What machine and filament supplier are you using?

We design 3D printers, so we do know a little about tolerances. Our machines may just be more precise than yours, but there is a slight gap of course (about .2mm roughly), but 0.5mm is way too much with our accuracy and it would have too much play.
