A 1.9" 12mm hex RC rim that uses an internal beadlock design to clamp the tire to the rim.


Use support to print the main rim file of your choice. I found the honeycomb support easier to clean up then lined. Use support for the ring as well.

The beadlock screw holes were designed to be tapped for 2mmx10mm socket caps. You can choose to tap the holes or just screw in the plastic. Insert the ring into the tire and then clamp the bead (thick or thin) to the rim to clamp everything in place.

For all rims drill out the axle shaft 4mm to clean up the hole. In the large hole print use an 8mm drill bit to clean the detail holes. The small hole print uses 5mm holes. You can clean out the bead ring holes using a 2mm drill bit.

Working fine, but the rings in the middle is too small, so I made a new one (See Remix)


Would be very grateful if you could make this in 2.2.

hex is not true to size. i tried lots of setting. hex prints 11.6 not 12. been trying to modify but not a 3d master yet can figure out how to adjust hex size. can you fix?

The hex is 12.1mm so it should be fine. I was able to press in tamiya hexes in mine with a little effort.

Any chance you could make a 2.2 inch version?

have you found these or anything like this in 2.2?

Found one last mistake in the 5 spoke stl that has been repaired.
