Download the DXF or SVG and load up into your laser cutter.
- 4 - M3 Threaded Hex Spacers (min 20mm)
- 8 - M3 Bolts

The material thickness isn't particularly important but your choice of the front piece will affect how the LED's look through it (don't pick an opaque material!) I used 3mm Frosted Opal acrylic for the front and 3mm Birch Ply for the back.
The two pieces are separated by threaded hex spacers, the shortest you can use is 20mm but I added an extra couple of nuts to diffuse the light a bit more softly.
