Summary
A quick spin off from TMR's Clip Test clip fastener... a fixed-length plastic tie, or bracelet.

Instructions
Print it out, bend it over and slid the male part into the female part to close the clip.
A word of caution: I have NOT printed this out and I don't know if the material, at this thickness, will bend sufficiently gracefully for this thing to work. :-)
EDIT: Ran the STL file through Skeinforge and there is way too much fine detail for this to print properly, mainly in the clip ends, both male and female. I feel a derivative/correction coming on!
