Skeinforge made a gorgeous toolpath for this one, a screenshot of which is available on this page for your viewing pleasure... I'm as sure as possible without a test print that this one will print correctly.
Of course, the question of whether the material will bend enough for the clips to function and for the 'bracelet' to come together is another story...
In any case, print, and then slip the clips into the corresponding receptacles to create a bracelets, easy!
EDIT: 26 months later, I have a printer, and can report that this Thing print out just fine. In ABS at least, it is bendy enough and the clips work great!
