Spice/salt shaker designed to be taken backpacking. I needed something that was compact, wouldn't spill when packed away, wouldn't have additional caps to lose, and could be operated with one hand. Hopefully this will work, I haven't had a chance to try it yet.

I used NinjaFlex for the plug (if you use other materials, you'll probably need to adjust the size) and put a 6mm diameter x 4mm height cylindrical magnet inside This lets me attach two shakers together at the base or stick them on the fridge, fuel canister, etc, but it's not necessary.

There are several versions of the exterior tube, the number is the microns gap between the inside and outside parts. You may need to try multiple versions to get a good fit, especially if you're using different materials for the inside and outside.

So I made one of this!

Printed 0.3 first layer, 0.1 the rest.
I used the 150 microns exterior. Printed on PLA in both parts (different color)
The plug I printed several scales. The one that fitted tight was at 95%.

If i want to make a bigger one, i need just to scale up and print?

Yup, just uniformly scale this up. If you are printing the plug in rigid material, you need to print it on small scale.

Can you make a video on how it works? I sort of get the big idea, but I don't exactly get how all of it works...

What is the thread pitch?

I really like your design. It would be great to have a variant with two smaller internal tubes on both sides - so you could take one shaker with both salt and pepper.

I have also one note regarding current design - the interior part have a small (~3mm) round hole that makes printing more difficult (I've got no clue what it is for).

Finally, an easy portable way to get rid of demons!
