It's the original X-carriage for Mendel Prusa v2 with another fixation in the opposite side.
The OpenSCAD source is provided but as newby, it's not really a nice job.

Thanks for posting this. I am back up and printing thanks to this design.

The back belt connector is very close to the smooth rod. Lesson learned - assemble the belt connectors in the carriage prior to securing it to the linear bearings. It can be done afterward, but it was not fun.

What belt tensioner/connector are you using with this?

Hi nbmorgan, I used the original belt connector from the "normal" carriage.

I am having trouble finding that thing... can you link to it?

ok, I added the STL of the belt maintener, you need 2 of it.
Of course, it's only for the side with 4 holes.
The 2 holes in the opposite side are for fan support only.
