can i use pla instead?

I do not have a project in CAD format. My program does not export to this format.

It's sad that you can't share the files. We would only remix your design to fit 20x20 fan ou to scale it down a bit.
Please reconsider it :) Reprap project has shown that open source development speeds up progress. It's better to everyone.

he must have made the thing is some program. And of course he can share it.... if he really wants to

do you have a cad file for me please?? i like to make one custom for my own printer

I'm finding that there's very little clearance between the heater block and the bottom legs. My nylon-printed duct is holding up well, but one of the legs actually touches the heater block. I'm surprised that it's retaining its shape in that condition.

Just printed one in PLA, but it's really hard to assemble. Do you have any recommendation on which way the heat sink is supposed to go in? From the top or below? Snap in sideways, or slide it up the barrel?

Edit: Okay, just printed it in Nylon instead, and it slips in with a bit of force nicely.

Please, share scad files for this project

Is this for a 30mm fan or 40mm fan?

I love this thing, but I lack the CAD chops to update it for the v6 I had to buy to replace the v5 that I melted.....

Great Job. printed last night and it came out perfectly. Hopefully I'll mount it tonight and post a "I made one" with pictures.

I am glad that he is ok :)
