I appreciate the models, came out great! Thank you!

Quick Tip: Print the Hero 4 case at 98% scale. My first two prints at 100% scale, from different slicers, were slightly too big of a fit. Dropped it to 98% and it was perfect.

Thanks so much for the scale pointer !, you saved me a bunch of PLA ;)

Thanks! This print is a lifesaver considering I BROKE the original case. Wonderful Model.

Great model! I used this with my AKASO EK700 4K Action Camera ( http://amzn.to/2tw491R same exact thing as a GoPro but only $55!) and it works perfectly!

I made one but had issues at start of print where X axis shifted in + direction but after that all the way it finished with out any
more problems. However I wish the lower lip was higher in front which would hold the camera better plus there are no holes
for the microphone's to let audio in freely. Will have to modify STL with those 2 issues.

I printed this and I'm sure it's my fault but the clip that holds the camera in broke when I put the camera in the first time. So I need to have certain setttings to prevent this?

Can anyone tell me the difference between these files? The BacPac version is pretty obvious, but what is the difference between the "Frame.stl" file from 10-19-14 and the "Frame_Hero4.stl" file from 11-09-14? Is the first one for the Hero3?

The square on the right side of the "Frame_Hero4.stl" is extended to accommodate the speaker of the Hero 4. Though there is still no hole at the top for the microphone.

Great design! I wish this fit my 1st Gen Hero :(

I printed on my M3D and my hero3 fits in very well
the only problem is that the clip that should hold the gopro in does not work for me

It would work better if there was more material coming down onto the face of the camera.

EDIT:
I lined the inside with duck tape and it works perfectly now

Very good
It would be good if added a little extra material from the outside trap that holds the camera. As it is, easily rupture, if a little more raised.

Agree with the bacpac compatible version. Exactly what I'm looking for. Thanks for the upload.

can you please give me the exact dimentions of the pacbac? i don't have one (in cm please)

Dimensions of the battery BacPac are as follows: 59.05 x 41.20 x 10.25mm

When attached to the GoPro, the dimensions of the whole unit are: 59.05 x 41.20 x 31.5mm

If you need anything else, let me know!

Hi there,
I've just added the bacpac version,
please print it and test if it works!
If you take a good photo I can add it in the gallery

Might have to upload it again. It shows up as having no size on the 'Files' page.

try now, it should work!

Very elegantly designed. Any chance of a battery bacpac compatible version?
