I created this model on the urging of a friend who is a big fan of this largest of Barnett Newman's work, featured at MoMa for a long while. I'm sure it is not accurate to the orginal, but its as close as I could get from looking at pictures (i.e. not a scan)

This sculpture is quite difficult to print. I did it as a very slow print speed on my Airwolf 3d. It is very prone to failure at the point of the pyramid. Cooling is definitely required.

Put up a picture Pelesko, would love to see it.

Managed to print on an UP! 3D printer with a brief pause for cooling at the point of the pyramid. Awesome design! Thanks!

I love this sculpture, I seen it a MOMA many times. Can anyone make a print of this for me? I'd be willing to pay.

Download the .stl. Then upload it to shapeways and have them print it for you.

One last question. What's the height of the sculpture?

Thanks Chris.
