Replacement for the bottom and spacer feet of the MK5 plastruder.

Update: As an FYI, the large hex holes are a tight fit. The process of tightening the plastruder to the Z stage naturally pulled the hex nut down into the hole... where it will remain forever.

  1. Print
  2. Replace the two acrylic pieces that need to be glued to one another at the base of the MK5 plastruder.
  3. ???
  4. Profit

3D Printable Replacement Parts for Plastruder MK5/MK6 Support
by M_G

Next time my one falls off (regular occurrence) I'll print these. Good work!

I was thinking of doing the exact same thing when assembling my Cupcake.

Being lazy I just found my tube of Permatex Plastic weld and some clamps! I shouldn't have to worry about them ever coming apart now! ;)

This part is really well designed. Fits perfect. The only change I would make would be to put the two pieces closer together so that they are easier to print.

My supports were damaged due to a bad assembly, so it was mandatory for me to print this. And it fits nicely!

I am going to print this when I get home tonight! My MK5 is being held in place solely by gravity with no superglue =-O

Wahoo! I love profit.
