Took this awesome model and decimated it to a more manageable size, fixed up the geometry, and sliced it into top/bottom halves as well as a full version and a full one with a flat bottom.

This is excellent. How did you reduce the polygon count? I put an optimize modifier on it in 3dsmax but it didn't reduce it that much and it doesn't look as smooth as this one does. I can scan the 32x if you want, I have that POS in the same box the genesis was in.

I mainly used Meshlab to re-mesh and decimate it. Then NetFabb to clean it up and cut it into parts.
