I love this design. Please can i print it for my niece, she is just a year and half old.

Very good model!!! But my pins are not that snug as in your video. I've printed that with 100% infill.
Any idea? Thanks.

For what it's worth, I had to scale both pins 110% on my Prusa i3 MK3, then scale the arm pins in the Y axis 90% (shorter) otherwise there was a gap in the arm.

Thanks. I've heard before that the pins are not always snug on other 3D printers. I would suggest trying a couple of different scalings on the pins. For example, print them at 1.05 scale, or 1.1. I remember that STL files I offer were scaled down a bit (0.95) from my initial design attempt. It might be that the tolerances on your printer are different.

Has anyone tried to develop a hat for this bugdroid model?

Olá, estou tendo problemas com o corpo do bugdroid. O repetier/sclic3r não está conseguindo fatiar todo ele, fica apenas com os pés na visualização de impressão...

Hello, I'm having problems with the bugdroid body. The repetier/slic3r is not achieved to combat all power, only with the feet in the printing ...

Would it possible to get th raw file or a higher resolution file, since the round body starts to show edges?

what is the default infill ? 15% or 30%? did you try to do it with ABS and if yes can you share the printer settings for it (plate temp, nozzle temp, speed and so on? )

How much filament in total will it use?

can you give me a link to the lego android?

what were the dimensions of the model?

It's about 9cm tall.

Whats the banner for?

It's a banner I printed for the Android robot to hold. See the picture with the 3 androids.

How do you take out the support structures for the head and the body if you print them upside down, since the support structures are on the interior

Default infill? 30%?

How long does it take to print?

I think in total around 6 to 8 hours. As there are lots of separate components, I usually print a batch of the smaller parts in one go to use later for assembling.

Pro tip: print extra hands and store inside body for when you want to switch them out

Will these print ok with PLA?

Yes, all my prints were done with PLA.

Thanks for the quick reply! Now to decide what colour to go with first!

Green of course:)
