I took MangoT21's IPad dock and reconfigured for an IPhone 4s with OtterBox case. I did have to cut the flap off the bottom of the phone case.

Was made on Rep. 2: Medium, Infill 10, Shells 3, Layer height .2, Temp 225, Speed w/ext. 75, Speed w/trav. 100. Heads up it took 4 hours to build.

I don't like the idea of cutting the rubber flap off of my case. How do you think this would hold up if I took a chunk out of the front lip so the rubber would have somewhere to go.

Maybe something like this:

I think it should work but could put stress on the case making the phone not seat all the way down.

Is it possible to get the original sketchup file used to design this? When i use a convert to bring the stl into sketchup I'm having problems reworking the design due to the number of extra vertices that are created.

How hard would it be to convert his design to work with the iphone 5 or 5s with an otterbox?
