Hello I printed this. what setting on my printer would make all 3 pieces not fit each other?
handdrill screw cap is slightly too small to screw into handdrillhandle and hand drill bitholder is slightly too big to fit inside handdrillhandle?
I have a wanhao duplicator i3 all printed .2 layer 100 fill and 1.2 thickness with same filament.

that is cool, reminds me of a prison shank or tattoo pen :)

Awesome, but it needs a one-way threaded "pump" handle so you can drill without turning the thing by hand.

Also known as a 'Pin Chuck'.

Ahah! I was struggling to remember it... [and obviously failed].

Cat's out of the bag, I have a pen-sized motorized version using a small geared motor I will upload ... soon (tm).

Did you have to thread the parts after with a tap an die or does the Up print that accurate?

Just thought I'd add another data point. I printed this on my UP! printer, pulled the parts off, and screwed them together without any cleanup required. Totally awesome.

oh and BTW, I totally forgot to print the drill holder flat, so my prongs broke. :)

Did not need to tap at all. Worked out of the printer after removing the supports. I did originally have problem when the wall was too thin and the outside of the wall looked horrible. The uploaded files print as per the pictures with no after finishing.

Probably not. The up is really really good. Especially if you take the time to calibrate it properly.
