This is a three piece cube decomposition model that can be transformed from a cube to a trophy for any given competition.
This model was originally made for the University of Georgia's Annual High School Math Tournament and was given away to the top scoring teams and participants.

I recommend printing the middle/largest piece in a different color than the sides, as the color contrast adds to the overall appearance of the trophy.
The holes are built into the model to use D6x1mm (6mm diameter, 1mm height) magnets that can be purchased here. Gorilla glue will adhere the magnets to the plastic quite well.
Finally, print out two paper triangles of appropriate size to glue to the two faces of the trophy.
