What sort of strap / clip is needed to wear this?

How do you attach v1.02 to a button?

What support angle I should use to print this? I tried 40 degree with lying down orientation (Simplify3D) but it didnt work well, the parts are just too small that I tear them when removing support structure.

and recomendations for how to print this? Support? no? on edge?
