This is the extruder block only. I was added a thermal barrier clamping at
underside of the extruder block. in my case, i'm using a 45~50mm PEEK one
piece PEEK thermal barrier and attached with a nozzle and nophead's alum.
box heat-end. A simple parts needed and it's very easy to remove a PEEK thermal barrier & nozzle for cleaning and maintenance.
Remake : The thermal barrier will go inside to extruder block 18mm deep
from the top face of clamping.
Instructions
In the picture show the base of extruder block was printed in 8mm thk. But, my uploaded .stl file is revised in 4mm and its make much more less time to print out.
