Here's what I meant by a cuff, a much wider bracelet so the text can be supersized.

I also ran the mesh thru Meshlab, this time, and used the 'close holes' command, which fixed all the little issues with this object in one click. Very handy!

Judging from the gcode Skeinforge put out, the resolution is more than enough for letters that big.

Print, wear. :-)

There are 90 degree overhangs in the text, I know, but tests on a Makerbot at NYCR yesterday show that as long as the overhang is short, it looks fine. The worst areas are going to be the horizontal strokes in the A and the E, obviously... we'll have to print one out and see if I made the letters too salient.

Worst case, the letters could be beveled.
